The challenge

Construction and service companies run their business across a patchwork of tools: quotes in a spreadsheet, jobs on a whiteboard, receipts in a shoebox, payroll in yet another system. Every handoff between those tools costs the owner hours, and a quote that goes out late is often a job lost. Most software in this space covers one slice of the work, or is priced and sized for enterprises with an IT department. Field teams needed something that fits how they actually work — fast, simple, and available on the job site.

What we built

ProXen.pro is our own SaaS product, designed, built, and operated by Mavits. It brings the full job lifecycle into one platform: lead intake, quoting, project tracking, expense capture, and payroll. AI assistance is applied where it genuinely saves time — drafting quotes, organizing incoming leads, keeping project records current — rather than added as a chat box for its own sake.

The application is a single React and TypeScript codebase backed by Supabase for the database, authentication, and storage. Field crews get iOS and Android apps built with Capacitor from that same codebase, so the office and the job site always work from the same data. We own the entire stack: product design, application code, AI features, and the infrastructure it runs on.

The outcome

ProXen.pro is live at proxen.pro and in production. For a business owner, the result is one login instead of five disconnected tools: a lead becomes a quote, a quote becomes a project, and expenses and payroll stay attached to the work they belong to. For prospective clients, it is proof of something harder to fake — we can take a product from idea to designed, shipped, and operated SaaS, with AI features that earn their place.
