Project Installations

The challenge

Commercial refrigerator installs are physical, scheduled work across many store locations. Ops teams need a clear picture of every site — pending, in progress, or done — while installers in the field need checklists, cases, and photo capture that work on a phone. Spreadsheets and group chats leave gaps: incomplete evidence, unclear ownership, and no single place to see status.

What we built

Project Installations is a refrigerators installation management app built and hosted by Mavits. The admin console covers the full operation: create and track installations, manage contractors and installers, define checklist templates and photo categories, and keep sync/archive under control. The mobile app puts the job in the installer’s hand — site details, cases, checklists, photos, and reports — so field work matches what the office sees.

We kept customer brands and production domains off the public site. What we can show is the product shape and the sample screens built with fictional demo data: the same workflows, without revealing who we serve.

The outcome

Ops gets one console for the portfolio of installs. Field crews get a focused mobile flow to complete checklists and capture evidence on site. Status, photos, and assignments stay attached to each installation instead of living in separate tools. If you run multi-site installation work and need control without bureaucracy, this is the pattern.
